The second of four training sessions will provide an overview of the legal framework governing sanctions, guidance provided by the European Commission and the role of EU Member States in implementing and enforcing sanctions.
You will be talked through sanctions exceptions, and introduced to the anonymous sanctions whistleblower tool, managed by the European Commission. The session provides practical guidance, ending with a Q&A.
