Meet the Director
Dimitrios Chaidas is an award-winning communications strategist and founder of DevComm, where he helps organisations create lasting public value through strategy, communications and partnerships. His work focuses on translating complex ideas into meaningful engagement, strengthening stakeholder relationships and supporting organisations in delivering sustainable impact.
With more than a decade of international experience, Dimitrios has advised European institutions, international organisations and purpose-driven initiatives on strategic communications, stakeholder engagement and organisational positioning. His portfolio includes communications leadership for flagship European Commission initiatives, collaborations with EU Delegations and United Nations agencies, and the development of communication ecosystems that connect policy, people and partnerships.
In recognition of his contribution to social impact, Dimitrios received the Study UK Alumni Award in Social Action from the British Council Greece and the British Embassy in Athens in 2024. He previously served as First Vice President of the Onassis Scholars' Association, where he helped shape the organisation's strategic direction and led initiatives promoting education, community engagement and sustainable development.
