Building on the Introductory Training Series delivered in March 2026, the EU Sanctions Helpdesk is hosting a new series of four bite-sized sessions designed for anyone looking to develop an intermediate-level understanding of sanctions due diligence in practice.
Whether you are new to sanctions or looking to reinforce your compliance framework, this series will help you and your business understand obligations, reduce exposure, and apply sanctions rules with confidence.
Module 1 - Counterparty Due Diligence, 5 May 2026, 10:00 - 10:45 CET: This session will equip participants to identify, screen, and assess counterparties for sanctions exposure using practical tools, examples, and decision-making frameworks. Register here.
Module 2 - Restricted Products and Services, 22 May 2026, 10:00 - 10:45 CET: This module will help participants determine whether goods, technology, or services are restricted under EU sanctions, as well as applying practical screening steps. Register here.
Module 3 - High-Risk Countries and Circumvention, 29 May 2026, 10:00 - 10:45 CET: This session will support participants in identifying geographical risk indicators, recognising circumvention routes, and applying practical checks to detect diversion of goods or services to prohibited destinations or users. Register here.
Module 4 - End-Use and End-User Risks, 5 June 2026, 10:00 - 10:45 CET: The final module will reinforce why sanctions compliance matters, why end-use and end-user checks are essential, and how day-to-day vigilance protects the company, the public, and individual staff. Register here.
